Oyabe City's Vacant Home Seminar and Individual Consultation Event for fiscal year 2026 is coming up!

The seminar theme is:

“What to Do with Your Family Home: Avoiding Pitfalls and Making the Most of It”

Our three-person panel will feature Mr. Furui from FM Tonami, Ayaka Asakura (朝倉綾香) from Riaru Planning (リアールプランニング), which handles a wide range of properties mainly in the Tonami area, and a member of our staff.

After visits to Tonami and Nanto, this seminar series will make its final stop in Oyabe.

What stories and insights will our three speakers share? Come along and find out!

The seminar and individual consultations will begin at the same time, but consultations will continue after the seminar finishes, so you're welcome to attend both.

You can also join us just for the seminar or just for a consultation. Please feel free to come along!
