A big thank you to everyone who joined our Vacant Home Seminar and Individual Consultation Event on Saturday, October 3!
Our September event at AEON MALL Tonami attracted more visitors than we'd expected, helped by its shopping mall location. This time, too, turnout far exceeded our expectations, with more than 50 people joining us. Thank you all!
As before, three speakers took part in a panel discussion, sharing real examples of how vacant home issues have been resolved.
In the visitor questionnaires, people raised concerns not only about their own properties but also about the management of vacant homes in their neighborhoods. It really brought home just how wide-ranging these concerns can be.

Although this was our final vacant home consultation event in Nanto City for the year, another free real estate consultation event will be hosted by the Tonami Branch of the Real Estate Transaction Association.
