Nanto City's Vacant Home Seminar and Individual Consultation Event for fiscal year 2026 is coming up!
The seminar theme is:
“What to Do with Your Family Home: Avoiding Pitfalls and Making the Most of It”
Our three-person panel will feature Mr. Furui from FM Tonami, Kazuo Seibe (清部一夫) from Kiyobe Jisho (きよべ地所), a real estate agency in Johana, and a member of our staff.
What stories and advice will our three speakers share? We'd love you to come along and find out!
The seminar and individual consultations will begin at the same time, but consultations will continue after the seminar finishes, so you're welcome to attend both.
You're equally welcome to join us just for the seminar or just for a consultation.
A judicial scrivener—a legal professional who can advise on matters such as property registration—will also be available at this consultation event. Please feel free to come along!

FM Tonami presenter Mr. Furui (古井裕人) will put the questions local residents want answered to two real estate professionals: Tomonori Jinno (神能公典) and Kazuo Seibe (清部一夫). Through an approachable panel discussion, they'll share real examples of successful property sales and other solutions, along with practical tips for avoiding problems.
